The Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is, as the name implies, an organization committed to the economic development of it’s members. It’s members are primarily the economically developed countries of the world. Among the members of the OECD, the US ranks in the middle of the pack – 15th among OECD countries – in terms of households with broadband access.

Damn, that would suck if you had to move to another country, wouldn’t it? But you know if it means better gaming performance, you just might consider it.
