EA shows its white hat: Opposes Defense of Marriage Act

EA announced on July 18th it was joining other businesses in opposing the Defense of Marriage Act, a bigoted piece of legislation under review by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. EA joined others in asking the court to find portions of the act unconstitutional. According to the Human Rights Campaign, “DOMA singles out lawfully married same-sex couples for unequal treatment under federal law…”
