Play Guild Wars to reserve your name for Guild Wars 2.

Time is running out to reserve your Guild Wars 2 name in Guild Wars. You have until July 31 to reserve your Guild Wars 2 names in Guild Wars. Here are the key points:

  • You need an active Guild Wars account.
  • Active account: You logged to Guild Wars at least once since January 1, 2012.
  • Activate your Guild Wars account and reserve your character name simply by logging in.
  • You can also create new characters and reserve new names once you log.
  • Never played Guild Wars? You can still reserve character names if you buy the game and create characters.
  • Guild Wars character names are two words or more, so you won’t be able to reserve a one-word name through Guild Wars.
  • Guild Wars names are 19 characters or less.
  • If you want a one-word name, you’ll need to log to Guild Wars 2 during the Headstart Access period to reserve those.
  • Name will not be reserved indefinitely. You must log toGuild Wars 2during the Headstart Access period or on August 28. After that the reservations are gone.
