Patterns: Ripples in the stream

Yesterday, it was a bright, hot day. Not especially comfortable, but not especially horrible, either. There’s a stream near where I live and the constantly changing patterns of the water in the stream caught my attention.

I camped out for a bit by the stream and just took photos of these patterns. I took a lot of photos. It probably doesn’t need to be said, but I’m interested in all the patterns surrounding us, especially the ones we might miss.

But, perhaps, the constantly mutating nature of the patterns in the water are too seductive. I spent a long time there, taking lots of photos, but only got a few photos that are interesting.
