The virus: First responder

In these times, I’m more aware of firetrucks and ambulances. I suppose that’s the same for everyone. Even in normal times, our eyes are drawn to firetrucks: The patterns and the colors are very eye catching.

But, now, emergency vehicles are imbued with a greater significance: They’re our front line defense against the virus. Any photo of emergency vehicles has more gravitas, now.

Even in a photo exploring patterns and colors there’s this underlying sense of anxiety the virus is causing in all of us.
